We are the future
Code zone commenced in 2019 to initiate the development of the younger generation with the skills required for the future of work. We have trained over 100 Teenagers and Pre-Teens in Africa and Europe via online and in-person classroom teaching. Beyond the coding training, the program has helped our young talent creatively express their area of interest through their project.
Code Zone
We equip participants with the ability to think critically, think computationally, build strong problem-solving skills, how to overcome adversity, and to build confidence in approaching and finding solutions to problems.
Code Zone is committed to fostering a tech-empowered next generation to become active participants in the world they are growing into. We want to drive awareness and understanding of UN Sustainable Development Goals by steering the student’s project towards it. We also hope to provide additional stationaries they can use in their forth coming academic year.
Our Impact
Our team is known within our network for the value impact we consistently contributed to the development of our younger generation. We have worked with various youths with experience in essential technical disciplines.
We equip participants with the ability to think critically, think computationally, build strong problem-solving skills, how to overcome adversity, and to build confidence in approaching and finding solutions to problems. From programming languages to life skills, participants get involved so they garner experience working with experts and tools.
2023 Program
This year we plan to train 1000 of the younger generation with valuable skills like collaboration, concentration, Digital engagement, Presentation Skills and Personal expression.
We will equip participants with the ability to think critically, think computationally, build strong problem-solving skills, how to overcome adversity, and to build confidence in approaching and finding solutions to problems.
Code Zone 2023 will run a hybrid classroom setting in at least three physical locations in both Lagos and Ogun State. Our activities will focus on driving development through exploring ways of engaging and understanding of UN Sustainable Development Goals by steering their project ideas towards it.
Our team focuses on educating through training of tech and soft skills, empowering through hands on experience and enroll the younger generations into International Tech Competitions.
